We have been married 27 years and have two children. Our first grandchild was born this past June!

I am excited to represent the married women of Kentucky at the Mrs. United States 2015 Pageant in Las Vegas July 19 - 22. I hope to bring the spirit of the community volunteer and the beauty of Kentucky to those I meet!

Proud Delta Flight Attendant!

I started my career with Delta Air Lines in 1986 as a Flight Attendant. I moved into the Lead position my first year and became an International Purser in 1996. I have had the amazing opportunity to learn about the people, food and culture of over 90 countries! And I'm not finished yet!

Our daughter, Tel, served for four years as Quartermaster on the USS Abraham Lincoln (USN). Here, she is being awarded the Navy Achievement Medal at the end of her second deployment. I am so very proud of her!

I had the honor of rendering TAPS at the Pan Am Flight 103 Memorial Cairn at Arlington National Cemetery. As a 28 year airline employee, it was an absolute privilege to do so.

Vacation Bible School

I look forward to VBS every year! The energy the children and workers bring is amazing. What a fun week every summer - it's like being a kid again.

I love the outdoors, whether hiking, biking, camping, gardening or just sitting outside with a good book and a cold glass of tea. Kentucky is a beautiful state to explore!

Each year my mom and I attend a quilt retreat in a different state (nine so far)! My daughter has been able to come to three. This past year we were in Minnesota and went snowshoeing!
